Waiver & Release of Liability
PPGYM is a self-administered, at-home program involving manual technique, mechanical traction, and vacuum pumping applied to sensitive tissue. By checking the agreement box and signing your name during signup, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary participation
You are choosing to participate in this program entirely voluntarily, on your own initiative and at your own risk.
2. No medical relationship
PPGYM is not a medical provider. Nothing in this program is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a physician-patient relationship.
3. Assumption of risk
Techniques involving pumping, traction, and manual manipulation carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, skin irritation, temporary or permanent numbness, blood blister, vascular injury, or other physical injury. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.
4. Screening acknowledgment
You have completed PPGYM's contraindication screening and confirmed none of the listed conditions apply to you, or you have consulted a physician before proceeding despite one applying.
5. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge PPGYM, its founders, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from your participation in this program, including claims based on negligence, except where caused by PPGYM's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Your responsibility
You agree to stop immediately and consult a physician if you experience pain, numbness, bruising, discoloration, or any concerning symptom. Continuing despite such symptoms is entirely your own decision and responsibility.
7. Self-administered
This program is performed entirely by you, unsupervised. PPGYM has no ability to observe or correct your technique in real time.
