The pump the founder personally uses for the program's pumping sessions — a graduated cylinder with a manual release valve so you can control and read pressure directly, rather than guessing. Always release pressure gradually and stop well before discomfort; more pressure or time is not better and raises the risk of bruising or blood blisters.

The oil the founder personally uses in the cooldown routine, applied after the session once any erection has subsided naturally. A topical aftercare product, not a treatment claim.

We specifically recommend a plain-label L-citrulline product with fully disclosed ingredients — not an unlabeled 'proprietary blend.' The FDA has repeatedly found undisclosed prescription drugs in vaguely-labeled sexual-enhancement supplements, which is dangerous combined with nitrate medications. Talk to a doctor before adding any supplement, especially if you take heart medication.

A food-based dietary nitrate source, plain-label only, same rule as citrulline above. Can interact with nitrate/blood-pressure medications — talk to a doctor first if you take any.

A well-established, plain-label relaxation/sleep supplement. Generally well tolerated, but check with a doctor if you take other medications or have kidney issues.

Plain-label, single-ingredient adaptogen used for stress/relaxation. Not for you if you have a thyroid or autoimmune condition, or take sedatives or blood-pressure medication, without talking to a doctor first.

This is the founder's last-phase set (500–600g), not a starting weight. The program starts at 100–200g and progresses gradually — do not start here. Stop immediately if you notice numbness, discoloration, or pain that doesn't resolve quickly after removal. Not for you if you have a varicocele, hydrocele, or a history of testicular torsion or surgery — talk to a doctor first.

Used in the program's pumping sequence and optionally on rest days. Remove within 5–10 minutes of finishing a pumping session; never wear more than 20–30 minutes at a time overall — extended use can cut off circulation and cause tissue damage.

Used for jelqing and during pumping warm-up. Coconut oil or a plain water-based lube both work — avoid silicone-based lube on silicone devices (pump seals, rings), since it can degrade the material.
