Penis Pump vs. Traction Device: Which Should You Use?

A vacuum pump uses negative pressure to draw blood into the penis — a temporary, session-based effect. A traction device applies steady, controlled mechanical tension over time, aiming at gradual tissue adaptation. Is one safer than the other?

Both carry real risk when overdone — pumping risks bruising and blood blisters from excess pressure or session length; traction risks numbness or skin breakdown from excess weight or duration. Neither is "the safe one" — technique and restraint matter more than which tool you pick.
